The Hayloft, Sidmouth Devon

Bulverton House Short Breaks are pleased to offer 'THE HAYLOFT' (an outbuilding of these former farm buildings) as additional capacity for their Bakers Cottage

During the Spring & Summer months we offer THE HAYLOFT as an extension for THE BAKERS COTTAGE, please note the Hayloft does not have its own Kitchen or food preparation areas, but does offer a fantastic additional living area for those wishing to stay with there friends, family, relatives at The Bakers Cottage.

You will find THE HAYLOFT fully equipped and ready for your stay with beds made and a basic set of towels supplied. Clothes washing and drying facilities are available ‘additionally’ if needed on site in a shared utility area. There is also onsite parking next to the Hayloft.
 
THE HAYLOFT comprises a good sized open plan Lounge & Bedroom area with full size Double bed, Sofa & TV area ~ A small modern Shower/WC room ~ THE HAYLOFT is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and decor, and is well heated and insulated ~ A particular feature is the old 'Hayloft Door' which opens with a view down over the garden of The Bakers Cottage.

 Our HAYLOFT accommodation unfortunately does not accept Pets or Children and is strictly non-smoking, we aim to provide peaceful surroundings in a relaxed country cottage atmosphere.
 
TARIFF:    The HAYLOFT is offered at a fixed rate of 50% of your BAKERS COTTAGE fee, for the same term as your Bakers Cottage booking. You are also reminded that The Hayloft while very well equipped is offered as an additional sleeping and living area, and does not have independent kitchen facilities.
