Discovered Chris and Ellen’s place via friends – what s gem! Amazing facilities everything like new high tec tv electric flame fires all at a touch from a super comfy bed!! Sidmouth with its stylish shops great yes and cake rooms all right next to the pretty pebble beach seasonal folk festival and other events makes it a true holiday by the sea… highly recommended. We will be back!
We had a lovely stay at Bulverton House while visiting friends in Sidmouth. The accommodation was clean, fresh and modern while retaining the character of the original building. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Ellen and Chris were the perfect hosts and ensured we were well looked after. Perfect spot for exploring the south Devon coast
Bulverton House is well located and only a 15 minute walk to Sidmouth with its beach, restaurants, pubs, theatre, sports facilities and many independent shops.
Booking was easy and upon arrival we were welcomed by owners Chris and Ellen who kindly carried our bags and showed us to the lovely accommodation which is of high standard throughout with crisp white sheets, good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water, TV, sofa and a very well equipped kitchen.
Had a four night stay last week and had a wonderful time. Stayed in Orlando and it is furnished to a very high standard and very comfortable.
Lovely location very peaceful and well equipped cottage. Very private not overlooked. Most comfortable bed.
